These objects were all made during a four-month residency at Recology San Francisco (for more information: http://sunsetscavenger.com/AIR/). Each piece is made from material and thread found in the Public Disposal & Recycling Area at the SF Solid Waste Transfer Station. The sculptures are hand-sewn portraits of objects scavenged from the PDRA. | |||
